I know that inner peace and healing are absolutely attainable and I am excited to walk with you as you find a new path.

Counselling is a big step - it takes courage and vulnerability to reach out and seek support and it is important to find a counsellor who "gets" you. I believe post traumatic growth is absolutely possible and attainable.
