I have worked as a therapist and group facilitator since 1988 dealing with issues such as trauma, relationship distress/violence, depression and anxiety, family/parenting challenges, work place issues, and grief/transitions.
I specialize in treating PTSD and recent trauma. Symptoms such as depression and anxiety can be developed as a result of a variety of situations which can leave a person feeling stuck.Specific techniques are used to free up my clients to move forward in life again.
I have worked in many clinical settings such as domestic violence, eap, parenting, addictions and mental health. I utilize a variety of techniques with EMDR, EFT, mindfulness, and CBT as my most effective techniques.
