Life can be a challenging/overwhelming journey at times, as a bilingual Registered Psychotherapist I thrive on enlightening my clients and helping them reach their full potential while achieving their set goals. Working within the mental health field for the past 12 years has enabled me to obtained extensive experience working with children/youth, adults, couples and families. My professional career has enriched me with an anti-oppression approach, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all of my clients. I am a strong believer in utilizing different therapeutic approaches such as; CBT and mindfulness solution practice in order to create an individualistic plan.
Through my scholastic endeavors, work and life experiences I have always known that a career in counselling was my true calling. I want to make a difference and help people reach their inner fulfillment. Resiliency is the ability to face adversities/obstacles and bounce back; I pride myself in believing that everyone has this strength
within themselves. Certain times in our lives we need help/support to see the light at the end of the tunnel which can be attained through personal growth and seeing our lives through different lenses. Counselling is not a job, it is my passion
