Drawing from her training in psychology, education, and social work, Melanie takes an intersectional approach to therapy, including Psychoeducation, Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy and Attachment Theory. Melanie is always working to further her knowledge of therapeutic practice and is committed to continued learning.
