Therapy in itself can be overwhelming, especially when you're struggling, so I aim to create a comfortable and safe environment for my clients. I find this helps reduce the anxiety of coming to therapy by making it something to look forward to. We will explore who you are as an individual and tailor the treatment plan in a way that will help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
My practice is trauma-informed and uses elements of both DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) and CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy). I mainly work with neurodivergent adults to support them with ongoing symptoms, and learn different tools to improve overall functioning and relationships.
Asking for help can be really tough and overwhelming - and you've already made it this far. Feel free to reach out with any questions so I can help you with this first step forward.
