I am accepting clients. I am a registered Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of clinical practice in providing psychotherapy to people experiencing a wide variety of psychological issues. I have worked with clients from all walks of life, in all circumstances, presenting with minor life difficulties to the most devastating struggles life can throw at them. I’m here to help you work through whatever the problem is, no matter what it is, providing you with a comfortable space to just be yourself and to share what is troubling you. We will find the way through it together. I also work with teens and families.
Effective therapy happens when you feel comfortable sharing your feelings, fears, regrets, hopes, and desires, knowing you will be heard, cared for, and respected, no matter what the issues are, and that your therapist is capable and well equipped to assist you. I offer a seasoned, well-honed skillset to help you sort through what is burdening you.
My work with clients is focused and I don’t want to waste any of your time or money on numerous sessions that are not moving you forward. I help you get to the heart of the matter, at your pace, ensuring the process is beneficial, moving you towards your stated goals.
