Maybe you have unimaginably intense emotions that you struggle to surf, a quick mind but difficulties connecting with others, creative impulses you can't quite express (or not as fluidly as you used to), or are in a relationship where one of you is a POC and the other isn't and you're just trying to make your crazy love work.
Low-cost ($50-90), person-centred, collaborative counselling provided by Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying). These student therapists are chosen for their maturity, intelligence, and their body-positive, heart-centred approaches. A priority is made to select interns with racialized, marginalized, and/or queer-identifying lived experience.
Marlise Meilan Thompson offers relational, insight-oriented clinical supervisor for graduate-level students, Qualifying and Registered Psychotherapists, and practicing supervisors. She is a supportive, integrative, anti-oppression Contemplative Psychotherapist, and identifies as biracial, queer, and fiercely feminist.

Groups
Contemplative Group Supervision
Clinical supervision in a body-mind-heart based, small group format (max. 8 participants) for graduate-level qualifying and registered therapists serving adult populations. Group members tend to be anti-oppression, feminist, anti-diet (HAES-aligned), client-centred, strength-focussed, and trauma-informed. Group is offered online, currently available twice monthly on a first-come basis.
