My style is conversational and adaptive; I rely on narrative therapy, harm reduction principles, and acceptance and commitment therapy, in addition to other modalities. I’m trained in (and practice myself) meditation, yoga, and expressive arts. If any of these creative and embodiment practices interest you, I would be excited to build them into our sessions.
I want you to feel supported and seen. I value making connections between individual trauma and larger power relations.
