I’m a registered counselling therapist (candidate) with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists. I am a LGBTQIA+, sex, non-monogamy, kink positive therapist. I believe that having a warm, non-judgmental space is imperative to allow for meaningful self-exploration, so as your therapist I vow to give that space to you. I work from a trauma-informed lens, treating an array of problems ranging from depression and anxiety to relationship and sex related issues.

I work with both adults and adolescents, either individually or within any relationship structure. I am specialized in relationship and sex therapy, and have experience working with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment disorders, self-worth issues, emotional regulation, grief and loss and more.

As your therapist, I promise to be in your corner. Therapy can be intimidating, I strive to ensure that you feel as comfortable as possible. I integrate various therapeutic models into my practice and develop treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. I bring warmth and empathy to the session and work from a client-centered orientation.
