In my counselling practice, I love supporting wellness goals and mental health issues of all shapes and sizes, such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, anger management, stress, relationship issues, family conflict, and abuse - just to name a few. However, I specialize in treating symptoms of neurodivergence & trauma. For example, issues associated with autism (ASD), attention-deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attachment styles, and childhood trauma, especially around boundary-setting, relationship issues, and the LGBTQ2I+ community.
All of my clients receive personalized treatment plans and resources, as I believe all healing journeys are unique. However, I also believe that compassion, curiosity, creativity, and teamwork are valuable across all healing journeys. I am, above all, a strength-based therapist who combines & draws upon the therapies listed in my profile.
Counselling with me includes a warm, nonjudgmental, neuroaffirming, and safe space to explore one’s inner world, wounds, and truths. All throughout, I strongly encourage client feedback and collaboration -ultimately, my goal is always for my clients to look forward to our sessions, regardless of the weightiness of the goals and issues we’re tackling.
