With over 20 years in mental health, I understand how overwhelming life can feel—for kids, teens, young adults, and parents alike. My ideal clients are often searching for clarity, connection, and tools to navigate anxiety, big emotions, low self-esteem, or behavioral challenges. Parents may feel unsure of how to best support their child. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where individuals ages 5 and up can feel seen, heard, and empowered. Together, we build understanding, strengthen coping strategies, and create a path toward greater confidence, balance, and connection—both within yourself and in your relationships.

Using a client-centered, strengths-based approach, I draw from DBT, CBT, Solution-Focused, and attachment therapies to help you stay present, manage life’s stressors, and build healthier relationships. My goal is to support your growth with practical tools and compassionate guidance, tailored to your unique needs and strengths.

With experience across schools, residential care, community services, and child welfare, I understand how overwhelming the children’s mental health system can feel.
