I use a client-centered, trauma-informed, and inclusive approach to therapy and have worked with diverse clients of all ages on experiences of anxiety, depression, relationships, stress, behaviour, suicidality, burnout, parenting, crisis, trauma, and more.
I provide individual psychotherapy and counselling services to children, youth, and adults (aged 8+). As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a professional member of the CCPA, my practice utilizes evidence-based approaches to therapy. I am supervised by marriage and family therapist, Rosalind Mary McLean, RMFT.
