I believe that all people possess intrinsic worth and have the capacity to both realize this and make meaningful change in their lives. In my Vancouver-based practice, Willow Tree Counselling, I welcome clients with diverse backgrounds and needs. I strive to cultivate a therapy space that is safe for all genders, races, cultures, bodies, neurotypes, sexual orientations, family constellations and relationships.
I am a multiply neurodivergent and neuro-affirming therapist who welcomes autistic clients, ADHDers, AUDHDers and folks with other neurovariances. And if you don't relate to any of the above, I welcome you too! I take a collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centred approach to therapy, selecting therapies that harmonize with your personhood and goals.
I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker with 25+ years experience helping people with relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety, grief, challenging family situations, eating issues and more.
