Coming together with a group of others who have also suffered a loss can be helpful to process grief and build community and resilience. Being part of a group who understand what you are experiencing is powerful and it helps to know you are not alone. Grief groups are coordinated based on demand and meet once a week for 8 weeks.

Spousal Loss Grief Support Group
A supportive group of others who have suffered a similar loss can be an important way to build community, reduce isolation and express your grief. I am currently building a group for anyone who has suffered the loss of their spouse. The group will meet once weekly for 9 weeks.
