I am a Relational Somatic therapist with a strong belief in our innate desire and capacity to strive for health and authenticity. Therapy should be a creative process that engages all aspects of self so that relief will be experienced on emotional, physical, and spiritual planes.
I address client issues on several levels. Initially, what is being experienced right now and how can situations be managed in the day to day? Then, what are the deeper patterns at play and how can we better understand ourselves so that life and relationships feel, not only more manageable, but more fulfilling and meaningful?
