Many of the people who come to my practice are thoughtful, capable individuals who carry a great deal of responsibility in their work and personal lives. They may be managing burnout, trauma, grief, relationship strain, or the emotional impact of high-pressure roles. From the outside they often appear steady and dependable, but internally they may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Others come during difficult life transitions when the strategies that once worked are no longer enough. Together we work to understand what’s happening, address underlying patterns, and create meaningful change.
My approach to therapy is thoughtful, collaborative, and direct. I focus on understanding patterns, not just managing symptoms. Together we slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and work toward meaningful change. Therapy isn’t just about talking, it’s about insight, accountability, and real movement forward.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before you start. If something here resonates with you, I invite you to reach out and see whether working together feels right for you.
