About
Each session is different, and tailored specifically to you and your individual needs. Together we will create an individualized plan to address your concerns and goals, and sessions will blend relevant elements of specific therapies. We will explore all areas of your life that are impacting your mental health, and see if there are adjustments that could improve your overall wellness. I will be checking in regularly to make sure the approach is working for you, and to address shifting goals and priorities.
I specialize in working with youth/adults with complex trauma, attachment wounds, chronic health concerns, self-esteem issues, and/or individuals managing symptoms of anxiety and depression. I also work with individuals/families adjusting to new realities (divorce/separation, infertility, diagnosis, grief and loss).
I can offer you a non-judgemental space where you can explore your inner landscape, learn tools and strategies for nervous system regulation, managing distressing emotions/thought/behaviours, understanding trauma/wounds, and engage in collaborative problem solving. MSW, RSW are often are covered by extended health benefits. Book a free consult online today!
