I obtained my Master's degree from the Adler School of Professional Psychology and am registered with the BCACC. I have experience working with clients on a variety of concerns and use theoretical approaches from a handful of perspectives including Narrative, Person-Centered, and Internal Family Systems. The process of counselling is unique for every individual and is a collaborative process between the client and the clinician. My job is to walk along side you in your journey to wellness, satisfaction and self-discovery while shining lights on parts of your story that demonstrate your other ways of being that are empowered.

Areas of Focus: depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, alcohol use, self-esteem/negative self-talk, life transitions, anger, LGBTQ, stress, career/workplace issues, perfectionism, challenges with working in the arts and entertainment industry, youth and adolescent issues, first responders, non-ordinary states of consciousness, psychedelic-assisted therapy.

I am a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, a musical theatre actor, an improv comedian, an aspiring writer and a dodgeball player. I am also taking a Celtic Druidry course and am enjoying the first Bardic Grade.
