Hello there and welcome! I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) living in North Bay and offering virtual services throughout Ontario. I offer individual therapy for individuals aged 14 and up. I believe every client has a story that needs to be heard. My goal is to provide you with a nonjudgmental, empathetic space to tell that story, anchored by my core values of curiosity, authenticity, and autonomy. I view therapy as being deeply collaborative, so I believe in giving my clients the room to determine for themselves what they need from me. I aspire to hold space for and validate each client on their path to healing.
My work is rooted in feminist, anti-oppressive frameworks. I use a relational, integrative approach pulling from approaches like narrative, IFS, EFT, and client-centred therapy. I am particularly interested in working with neurodivergent folks, those struggling with self-esteem/body image, and relationship issues (romantic, friendships, or family!).
If you are interested in working with me, I hope that you will reach out for a free 15 minute consultation to determine if we might be a good fit! Any relationship requires time to build trust, and therapy is no exception. I am happy to meet you at whatever pace feels right for you on our journey together.
