About
The decision to seek counselling is a brave one – I have so much respect for the journey you are on, and will use my training, knowledge base and experience to help you work through the challenges of life towards emotional, relational and mental well-being. I believe every person can find healing and experience growth and would be deeply honoured to walk alongside you in your pursuit of wholeness.
My goal is to create spaces that make you feel heard, safe and supported. I enjoy working with teens, young adults and women who are dealing with various mental health or relational issues and seek to create connections with people that allow for openness and vulnerability.
You can expect that every session will be focused on your needs and goals. I use a client-centred approach and will collaborate with you to help gain insights as well as integrate practical resources to gain a fresh perspective on the issues that come up in life. Walking together is so much better than walking alone; I look forward to meeting you!
