I specialize in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and offer an affirming space for kink, polyamory, and gender-diverse identities, grounded in dignity, autonomy, cultural humility, and empathy. My therapeutic style is collaborative, curious, and nonjudgmental. I use an integrative approach, drawing from multiple therapies and my own lived experience with mental health challenges, to help you find strategies that support your goals. My own journey informs my commitment to honesty, compassion, and growth through change.
I value transparency and aim to make the counselling process clear and approachable, while always considering your experiences and current circumstances. I believe healing grows through curiosity, connection, and freedom. Whether you’re just beginning to explore your story or ready to go deeper, I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome.
My path to counselling has been non-linear. I bring a background in gender studies and linguistics, over a decade of mental health support work, and training as a professional actor. I draw on this experience to support emotional understanding, self-acceptance, and meaning-making from lived experience with clients.
