I have almost 30 years' experience with caregivers and older adults especially, and in-depth knowledge of the health and emotional challenges that may come with these stages of life. I help people cope with: caregiver issues, including those in multiple caregiving/ parenting roles; changes related to aging, illness and end-of-life concerns; life transitions; burnout, anxiety or depression; and grief and loss. Using a compassionate, warm and informal approach in therapy, I can help you find your way forward, and I adjust my approach to meet your unique needs.
I help people manage the many complexities of aging, illness, caregiving and more. I can support you through these challenges but also celebrate the wins that improve your life along the way! As a social worker, I can also help you navigate and advocate for yourself with health and community services to get the support you need.
I use a holistic, strength-based approach that builds on the skills you already have.
