Over the past fourteen years I have worked with adolescents, youth, adults and families in several different settings including community mental health, hospital, crisis services, school and live in treatment homes. I have worked with people experiencing a wide range of complex needs and challenges such as developmental, cognitive, physical and mental. I am a registered social worker in both Ontario and British Columbia.

I am passionate about helping others and work collaboratively from a strengths based, trauma informed and person-centred approach. I have provided individual, group and family therapy using an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities such as such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy and Narrative.
