Welcome! My name is Megan, and I offer therapy to individuals ages 13 and up. While my therapeutic approach is integrative, I have specialized training in neurodiversity and practice from an acceptance, mindfulness, and relational lens, often pulling from modalities such as Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Some additional therapeutic focuses of mine include family dynamics, anxiety, and implementing the creative arts into my therapeutic practice.
