About
At Liminal Space Therapy, We will meet you where you are and treat you with respect and dignity. We hope to use your time and money wisely and provide a service that will give you skills, healing and hope. You are driving the therapy bus and we are giving you directions. We're in this together. My approach to therapy is to be a listener who helps clients to see their own answers and to teach skills, increase self-awareness and self-compassion and empower individuals to live their best life. I believe that my relationship with the client is the key to growth and change.

I believe that people need connection and often this is at the root of why we experience feelings of emptiness, loneliness, distress, anger and worthlessness. Asking for help is not weakness- it shows great strength, courage and resilience.
