About

Change is inevitable in life. Some changes, or transitions are painful, some are liberating, and others bring us to different paths in life that we did not envision ourselves taking. I have a strong background working with children and adolescents with various emotional and behavioral difficulties. In addition, I have experience in working with individuals, couples, and families and provide client-centered care. I hope to help my clients build a life with meaning, assist them in developing effective coping strategies, and walk alongside my clients through their journeys.
I am a registered psychologist who is passionate about helping people. I use several therapeutic modalities to best suit the needs of my clients. I have training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, & Mindfulness-based therapies.
I strongly feel that my clients are in the driver’s seat of their own recovery and are the best experts on their own lives. I strive to understand, listen, empathize, and foster resilience and hope in my clients. My wish is to assist clients in achieving their goals, and to help them live an authentic life with meaning.
