I am a registered psychologist who is passionate about helping people. I have been in the helping profession for over a decade. I have experience with and enjoy working with youth, children and adults. I can assist in the acquisition of coping skills to help with a myriad of concerns. It is my hope to help foster hope and resiliency in my clients.
I use several therapeutic modalities to best suit the needs of my clients. I have training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), EMDR, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to name a few.
