At LumenPath Psychotherapy, we offer a calm, supportive space to slow down, understand what you’re carrying, and begin to feel grounded again. We use EMDR, CBT, EFT, and other evidence-based approaches.
A key part of our work is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain heal from distressing experiences using bilateral stimulation. Sometimes memories feel “stuck,” shaping how we feel and respond in the present. EMDR helps the brain safely reprocess these experiences so they become less intense.
