I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore ideas, share fears, and learn practical skills. I listen for what is behind your presenting issue (depression, lack of connection with partner, emotional eating) to what you are really longing for, and explore how you can get your needs met.

I see my role as providing a space for you to be vulnerable, really listening, asking thought provoking questions, guiding you through personal growth exercises, and helping you make connections and/or see the big picture. It is my honour to hear your story.
