I am equally as interested to hear a client’s story of trauma, loss, regret, loneliness, and difficult family dynamics, as I am to listen about times filled with purpose, hope, and happiness. I pay close attention to what is said, in addition to what is left unsaid, to uncover patterns of core beliefs.
