Welcome and thank you for reading my profile! To help you experience happiness again, I believe that together we can help you cope and understand the emotions, behaviours or environment that you may be struggling with. Having the courage to share your story and reaching for support is the first step in achieving your therapy goals! As a result of supporting all walks of life, and my educational training, it has taught and amazed me how hope, resilience, growth, and healing is very possible even in the face of difficult change, loss, grief and trauma!
As a BCCSW Registered Social Worker, and with my specialized training, I provide a compassionate space to support individuals and families who may be struggling with: anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, grief due to death or non-death related experiences , living with a chronic illness, low self esteem, change or end-of-life needs.
I believe that each person is unique and that how one responds to the challenges in life is different for everyone. As a result of your uniqueness, courage, self-determination, and my guidance, we can help you restore energy, joy, and peace in your life again. Please call or email me to book a free consultation to determine your needs and counselling goals.
