I prioritize safety, collaboration, and respect for each client’s lived experience, and I work at a pace that feels supportive and manageable. Whether working with adults, children, or caregivers, I aim to create a therapeutic space that is compassionate, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence-informed social work practice.
I have worked extensively with individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, providing psychosocial assessment, safety planning, support with emotion regulation and coping with trauma impacts. I also offer play-therapy informed counselling to children, as well as their parents and caregivers.
I believe that every individual is the expert of their own lives, and that this applies to children as well as adults. I offer an open and non-judgmental approach to my work, and welcome any questions you may have about the process.
