I come from an Indigenous background so I offer more holistic and collaborative psychological approaches. I believe in the healing that sacred medicines and nature have. I tend to look at my client through a psychoanalytic lens to get to the root of the problem with a high level of therapeutic alliance.
Becoming a good therapist is a goal that I strive deeply for. My clients are very important to me and I do everything in my power to help them to a place they want to be.
