About
I practice as a compassionate, creative, and supportive psychotherapist. I provide confidential, non-judgmental individual psychotherapy sessions and work collaboratively with each client to meet their specific needs. I feel deeply honoured to have the privilege of accompanying others on their healing journey.
In addition to engaging in psychotherapy, I am also a yoga teacher; as a result, I offer a unique perspective that involves the body, mind, and spirit. I believe in building on each person's existing strengths and encouraging their process of growing and evolving through self-exploration.
My experience is mostly with women who are healing from sexual trauma, and I have also assisted clients with anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts, self-esteem, and life transitions. Regardless of what you may be struggling with, I would be pleased to work with you. **SLIDING SCALE IS CURRENTLY FULL**

Trauma-Informed Yoga for Survivors of SA
This course is intended for survivors of sexual violence who are interested in discovering how yoga can be a holistic healing tool. The curriculum integrates: psychoeducation around the results of trauma on the body; an experiential practice using yoga asana to help participants reconnect with their body, and; group debrief and discussion around topics related to yoga and trauma. These practices are intended to foster increased awareness of the body and provide participants with concrete tools (breath, movement, and present moment awareness) to address themes specific to survivors of sexual trauma.
