I often work with folks who have experienced trauma including racial trauma, sexualized violence & intimate partner violence, as well as occupational & vicarious trauma. I prioritize working with Indigenous, Black, racialized and 2SLGBTQ+ clients. I support folks in decreasing symptoms of adversities that may include anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, substance misuse and/or relational difficulties. I work with clients to connect their mind, bodies and hearts through somatic therapy, parts work & Internal Family Systems (IFS).
I am a trauma informed yoga teacher, and I use this background to support clients in healing the somatic experiences of trauma. I am completing training to support individuals who have ADHD, with a particular focus on ADHD in women, girls and femmes.
