I am dedicated to supporting healing from adverse & difficult life experiences, grief & loss, complex & intergenerational trauma. I work with adults, youth 14 & up as well as groups. Clients who I typically work with may be overwhelmed by life events, including grief, identity-based discrimination, sexualized violence, & intimate partner violence. I support folks in decreasing symptoms of adversities that may include anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, substance misuse and/or relational difficulties. I also provide clinical consultation and supervision to other mental health professionals.
I am trained in Traumatic Stress Studies, Internal Family Systems (IFS), wholistic healing practices, Feminist Clinical Supervision, as well as trauma informed yoga. I have experience & training working with neurodivergence including ADHD and FASD.

Groups
Feminist Clinical Consultation Group
For fully licensed counselling therapists and psychotherapists, a clinical consultation group with a feminist and anti-oppressive lens has availability. My approach to consultation is collaborative, relational, and down to earth. This group meets on the second Wednesday of every month, from 1030am to 1230pm AST / 930-1130am EST. The Clinical Consult Group is 2 hours long and the cost is $100+tax, with clinician commitment to attending a minimum of 4 sessions.
