I am a queer, neurodivergent therapist who supports people healing from trauma and learning to feel more at home in their bodies. You may be struggling with anxiety, flashbacks, or feeling disconnected from yourself and the things you once enjoyed. Maybe you are curious if your stress, chronic pain, or depression is linked to past experiences. Trauma can leave deep marks, but it does not have to define your life and healing is absolutely possible. I use an integrative, trauma-centered approach to help with your unique needs and attachment style, honoring the mind-body connection, your feeling of safety and your systems' capacity.
Through Somatic Experiencing I can help you work gently with your nervous system to release what's been held inside. My focus includes complex trauma, relationship issues, abuse, and sexual trauma. My work is also informed by feminist, existential, and person centered approaches. I am proud to be 2SLGBTQ+, non-monogomy, kink and neurodivergent affirming.
I see therapy as collaborative and empowering. My goal is to support you in reconnecting with your body and inner wisdom through deep listening, attunement and co-regulation. I strive to create a space rooted in consent, curiosity, and warmth, where power is balanced and your lived experience is honoured and valued. I would love to hear your story.
