ME Family Therapy & Resource Center has been providing individual, couple and family therapy for children, youth and adults since 1991. It is located in downtown Truro, Nova Scotia, the “hub” of the province and the company is privately owned and operated. It is a collaborative approach between the therapist and client in finding solutions to the presenting issues. Our mission is: “you and ME working together for a better you.”
Our team consisting of four Counselling Therapists at ME Family Therapy & Resource Center have had several years of experience in working with clients from school-age children to adults who present with various problems such as, abuse, trauma, anxiety, and depression, grief/loss, self- esteem and self-awareness.
Please note that not all insurance providers offer coverage for Registered Counselling Therapists, we advise that you check with your provider to see what services are covered. We do not direct bill, but we provide you with a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement
