While I work with broad conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety), I provide more focused, evidence-based care across three areas: sexual health and relationships, trauma, and child and adolescent assessment.
In my work with adults/couples, I support clients navigating concerns related to sexual functioning, desire, intimacy, and communication. This includes issues such as erectile difficulties, performance anxiety, sexual pain, and medical or psychological factors that impact sexual functioning. Treatment is practical, with an emphasis on improving confidence, reducing anxiety, and strengthening connection within relationships.
I also provide structured, evidence-based treatment for trauma, including work with first responders, military members, and veterans. This includes addressing post-traumatic stress, anxiety, and mood-related difficulties, using approaches designed to reduce symptoms, process difficult experiences, and support a return to stable, effective functioning.
In addition, I conduct comprehensive psychoeducational and diagnostic assessments for children and adolescents. I work with families seeking clarity around learning, attention, behavioural, emotional, or tic-related concerns.
I am trained in, and offer: CBT, EFT, and DBT. For trauma I offer CPT, PE, TF-CBT, EFTT. CBIT for Tic Disorders.
