I believe in promoting holistic well-being by using collaborative and empowering methods. I aim to help my clients navigate through life's difficult challenges, in a way where you feel connected, supported and empowered to make positive changes in your life. I specialize in helping my clients address concerns of anxiety, trauma life transitions, stress management, relational concerns, and greater self-development. I aim to support you through positive change, addressing various parts of your life, i view mental health as a full picture, rather than an isolated aspect.
I specialize in working with women in their 20s-40s, addressing concerns of anxiety and trauma. However, I have had the opportunity to work with and continue to work with adults in various stages of life, including couples, as well as young-adults and teens.
If you are needing support in addressing any of the challenges you may be facing I invite you to reach out and book your first session. I offer in-person services in Calgary and online services to all of Alberta, Yukon, and Nunavut.
