I am trained in clinical and counselling specializations. I have been working with in the mental health field with children, youth and families since 2004 and adults since 2015. I also specialize in the area of perinatal mental health and have additional certification in this area. I have lived experience in the area of reproductive and fertility challenges.
With me, you will find empathy and an authentic relationship. I work from a humanistic perspective in my practice. I want you to be your true, unfiltered self. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities: CBT, Solution Focused, Sand Tray, Mindfulness, ACT, EMDR, CBT-i for insomnia, and the Gottman Method for couples.
