Life is often hard, and mental health support is something we all need and deserve. I'm here to offer that support to you virtually in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. I work best with adults who are motivated to heal, grow, or change but might not quite know where to start or how to get to where they want to be. I am proud to be 2S.LGBTQIA+, gender-affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, BIPOC-allied, and trauma-informed. I am person-centered, meaning I recognize the importance of your experience and your innate ability to heal, even though life experiences may have made that difficult or confusing to try to do on your own. - Jay Hinton

The perception of healing is based on our own lived experience. I believe that we have the inherent capacity to explore our sense of curiousity met with compassion. I consider human connection as the foundation of the therapeutic relationship. Having been through therapy myself, I see therapy as a sacred and embodied experience.

Something feels different lately. Maybe it’s the brain fog that makes you question your competence, or emotions that feel too big for what’s triggering them.
If you're exhausted from trying to be the person everyone expects while feeling like a stranger to yourself, you're not alone.
That feeling of "I'm not who I used to be" isn't something to fix, it's something to understand. Know that your rage is valid information, not a character flaw.
Daisy holds an Applied Counselling Certification from the University of Manitoba and specializes in supporting women through hormonal transitions and life changes.
