In addition to my training as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse and experience working on acute mental health and workplace stress-management teams, I have received specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, Psychiatric Interviewing, Brainspotting, Prolonged Exposure, and Trauma Informed Care.
