Sessions can be in-person in play rooms, a traditional office, or online via secure video.
Life can feel overwhelming during times of change, stress, or uncertainty. Perhaps you or someone you know may be navigating a life transition, managing ongoing pressure, or feeling disconnected from yourself, even when things appear to be going well on the outside. Often, the goal of seeking support is not to “fix” something, but to gain clarity, feel less stuck, and build the capacity to move forward with greater resilience, balance, and intention. Many people seek support to reconnect with hope, experience more joy, and live in a way that feels aligned with their values, even when those values are still being discovered.

Welcome to Moving Through the Muck Therapy! Next available date: Sept. 16th. Whether it’s relationship distress, chronic stress, the weight of grief and oppressive systems, together, we can move through the “muck,” or find a creative way of carrying what remains. As a neurodivergent, cishet woman, Polish-born newcomer, and white settler on Treaty 1 Land, I recognize how culture, colonization, and social systems shape our experiences. I bring curiosity and compassion to your experiences and strive to offer anti-oppressive care. I love supporting neurodiverse relationships and the folks cultivating them.

Life has many twists and turns; progress is not linear. It may be challenging to reach out for help, but the benefits can be life-changing. It is my hope that the experiences within this journey will be carried with the participant long after our time together is over. Through counselling, the roots of current issues and challenges can be explored to allow new growth. I use a holistic approach to counselling that allows the therapist to walk with the participant through their journey of self-exploration. This enables the participants to feel at ease and comfortable as we embark on this experience together.
