If you've been told your tests are normal but your gut still isn't —you're not imagining it. Disorders of brain–gut interaction like IBS are real, physical, and treatable. I help adults across MB, SK, BC, and AB calm the brain–gut feedback loop that keeps these symptoms going.
I'm a Registered Nurse and Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, trained specifically in functional GI disorders. I use the most evidence-based brain–gut therapies — gut-directed hypnotherapy, CBT, and ACT — tailored to your symptoms rather than a one-size-fits-all program.

Running a business, a farm, or a demanding career doesn't leave room for a therapist who only works nine to five. I offer virtual counselling across Manitoba with later evening sessions and flexible rescheduling during planting and harvest. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Ontario), Registered Clinical Therapist (Nova Scotia), and Canadian Certified Counsellor, I bring credentialed, multi-province care to clients who've had to choose between the drive to the city and getting support at all. Using EMDR, IFS, and somatic work, we move at a pace that fits your life.

The Centre for Psychodynamic Insights is a virtual clinic specializing in psychodynamic psychotherapy. This approach explores the root causes of symptoms by uncovering and understanding underlying emotions through evidence-based treatment. Through collaborative dialogue, we examine unconscious thoughts and emotions shaped from childhood to the present. We work to relieve symptoms by understanding how these patterns affect current experiences, and create targeted strategies for meaningful change long-term.

Do you ever wonder why you understand yourself intellectually, yet the same patterns keep showing up in your relationships? You may overthink conversations, fear rejection, people-please, struggle with boundaries, or feel deeply affected by criticism. For many adults diagnosed later with ADHD or AuDHD and have Borderline Personality traits, these patterns are not simply about attention. Years of feeling misunderstood, different, criticized, or like you had to work harder to belong can shape how you see yourself and relate to others.

Humans are social animals; our brains are built for connection. We crave safe relationships to support us to feel, heal, deal, and grow. We all want to be the best version of ourselves, we just may not know what our best self looks like, or, may lack the support and experience required to discover such. When we are supported to identify and address the unmet needs that may block us from feeling like 'our best', we gain a greater sense of self. By understanding the impact of our relationships, attachments, and environments, we are able to truly make sense of the choices we make, and actions we may - or may not - take.

Accepting new clients - I am trained to help individuals with high levels of stress, along with supporting people with anxiety and depression. I am neuro-affirming and often work with people who burnout due to the demands and pressures of the modern world and/or the assumption of a neurotypical world. Often the stress of a job, relationship change, a loss, or a life transition can lead you to feel unsteady. Anxiety and/or depression can also show up in the mix of reactions to a stressful time in your life. You don't have to do this alone
