As a master's trained therapist, I have a wide range of experience supporting adult individuals and couples.
Welcome. 2025 has been an anxiety-provoking, demanding year. You might find yourself on auto-pilot, scrolling on your phone, or in an endless loop of worry, anxiety or overwhelm. For many folks it has brought up questions of faith, doubt, and a re-examining of previously held beliefs. It can be challenging to know where to talk about these concerns. You are not alone. If you are looking for a space to explore your questions, dismantle old ideas, and to find ways to re-engage your life and the world more fully, I would love to have those conversations with you.

2) Sexuality/Intimacy issues - desire discrepancy, aging, infertility, betrayal trauma, disconnection with self/ partner.
One of the hardest things to say/admit is 'I/we need help'. It takes courage, openness, trust and self-awareness, which can be difficult to foster on our own. Whether you need tools for symptom management (anxiety, depression, nervous system dysregulation, people pleasing behaviours, trauma responses, addictions, relational distress) or you want to deep dive into past experiences for better understanding and meaning, we can work towards developing a treatment plan that helps you create the life you want going forward. Develop the "life hacks" you need to bounce back from challenges with grace and grit!

I’m excited to work with people curious to explore their identities (social, culturally, gender and sexual, racial, political and otherwise) and people trying to understand, strengthen and sustain their relationships and communities.
As a child immigrant, I’m drawn to working through legacies of immigration or migration and displacement, understanding our complex inheritances and survivance stories. As a queer and neurodivergent person, I’m sensitive to holding rich and nuanced identities and lived experiences.

Most of my experience is working in crisis & trauma- however I work with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting, grief, etc
My job is not to “walk along side you”, my job is to help you dissect, uncover, explore emotions, feel your feelings & discover narratives you’ve attached to them. I do this with you by using modalities such as Emotion Focused therapy with Attachment theory & Narrative therapy. In addition to talk therapy the Somatic experience (somatic nervous system) is just as important. I hold space for your somatic experience and in turn, you learn that it’s safe to hold space for your own somatic experience, too.

I work with clients who struggle with anxiety and depression, suppressed emotions, identity loss, strained family relationships and navigating cultural expectations.
You feel like you’re never enough. You feel the pressure to meet everyone’s expectations, always comparing yourself, and struggling to say no. You’re trying to figure out what works for you without ‘disappointing’ people around you. You’re not alone — and you have come to the right place. My passion is helping immigrant and Indigenous individuals heal and grow. I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced intergenerational trauma, emotional neglect, and abuse. Whether you're seeking healing from past trauma or support in managing present struggles, I am here to provide a safe space for growth and recovery.
