We'll work together to tackle relationship, career, and coping challenges, creating a plan that builds resilience, eases symptoms, and helps you feel more balanced and in control.
Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. I support individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating grief, anxiety, low self-worth, trauma, and major life transitions. Trauma can show up in many ways—emotional, physical, relational, or situational—and often shapes how we view ourselves and relate to others. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration, creating a safe and supportive environment in which to explore your experiences. Together, we’ll work to lighten what you’ve been carrying and move toward greater balance, confidence, and connection.

We will develop relationships with these different parts of you - for example we all have inner children - and find new ways to live with them in your everyday life.
For individuals I offer parts work and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). For people in parenting roles I work with Circle of Security and developmental understandings of mind and brain. In relational therapy, I help people become aware of both the protective and the wounded parts of themselves that drive conflict cycles.

Tired of behaving or reacting from unconscious patterns? Looking to understand your behaviours and where they come from? Want to learn to have more compassion for yourself and others? Let's start with the inner-standing that everybody has fears, beliefs and rules for how they "should" be. Comprehending these narratives allows for compassionate curiosity around the origins and purposes of these stories that fuel our behaviours. Holistic exploration of these dialogues, can result in feeling and reacting differently and providing folks with new tools to move forward to overcome specific problems.
