I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor with advanced training in Bowen family systems therapy and Gottman method couples therapy. I help clients gain greater clarity of their situation by getting at the root of their problems, enabling them to respond more effectively to challenges and build stronger relationships with self and those around them.
