Welcome! Reaching out is the hardest part but you do not have to do it alone. I work extensively with folks, specifically young adults, navigating anxiety, depression, self confidence and relationship concerns.
As a queer therapist, I also value creating a space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported as they explore their identities, relationships, and lived experiences.
For the last 5 years, I have supported individuals in crisis in both clinical and community settings. It is an honour to be trusted to support individuals as they explore their inner world and work towards their goals!
I am deeply committed to providing a safer, compassionate, collaborative and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and life experiences. I believe that a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change.
