As a Master Practitioner of Clinical Counselling (MPCC-P) and somatic therapist, I hold deep respect for the resilience it takes to carry so much for so long. When you’re often the steady, capable and reliable one, it can begin to take a toll. Not only mentally, but physically. And it can feel exhausting. There’s a tension that lingers, even when you’ve done all the right things. Even with insight and good practices, you find yourself quietly bracing.
You don’t want to keep working so hard just to feel okay. You want calm that feels natural and to feel at ease in your own body.
Through somatic therapy, we gently notice how stress and past experiences have taken shape in your body, through your breath, posture, muscle tension and in the subtle ways you brace. We move slowly and with care, treating the body as an ally rather than something to fix. As we do, there is often a natural softening that occurs.
I acknowledge reaching out can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re used to carrying so much on your own. I offer a steady, supportive space and it would be a pleasure to have you to reach out when you feel ready.

Women’s Somatic Healing Circle
This somatic therapeutic group supports women who want to feel more connected—to themselves, their emotions, and others. Many experiences of anxiety, stress, and overwhelm stem from disconnection: from our bodies, needs, and relationships. Somatic therapy is a body-centered approach recognizing the mind and body are deeply linked. Our sensations often hold unprocessed emotion, stress, and memory. Through movement, breath, and awareness, we access what words alone cannot—supporting release, regulation, and resilience. Each week explores themes like boundaries, grief, body image, and self-expression. Participants gain tools to regulate emotions, build self-trust, and experience connection within a supportive community of women.
